Golf Club Rules

We want to make the golf course, golf driving range and golf facilities a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone to enjoy, regardless of age, experience or ability. Ivyleaf Golf Centre is open to both members and non-members, from complete beginners to more experienced golfers, and we encourage families and individuals alike to enjoy the game in a relaxed and friendly setting.

To help ensure the safety, enjoyment and consideration of all users, we have a small number of club rules that we ask all members and visitors to respect and abide by at all times.

General Golf Centre Rules

  1. Every Golfer needs to have clubs and a bag of their own. No Sharing
  2. No more than 4 players in a group.
  3. No club other than a putter to be used on the greens
  4. No offensive language
  5. No trolleys or buggies on the greens
  6. No Alcohol to be consumed on the course, driving range, and when operating a golf buggy.
  7. No littering
  8. No Dogs on the course (no exceptions, sorry)

Golf Driving Driving Range Rules

In addition to the above, we also want to make sure that golfers are safe when using the driving range:

  1. No Entering the gulley or the flied to retrieve balls.
  2. Tees go under the mats
  3. Spectators to stand at a safe distance from golfers.
